A firm called Ikanos Consulting just came out with their own renderer for Windows Sideshow, a feature found in Windows Vista that allows you to access stuff from your laptop or PC using a secondary device. Their Sideshow renderer is called Go Gadget, and it’s made especially for the iPod or iTouch. What’s awesome about Go Gadget is that it’s designed so that all devices with internet access can use it, like the Sony PSP or Nintendo DS. As long as your gadget has internet connectivity, you can use it as a Sideshow device. Pretty neat, huh?
The system is still in its beta stage, however, and you need to contact Ikanos themselves (beta _at_ ikanosconsulting.com) to sign up for it. I did just that and only got an automated response. You can still ask to be part of the beta program, but it looks like you’ll have to sit back and wait for them to contact you when the next phase beings.

No it’s not, it’s stupid. As if I’d defile my beautiful iPhone with “Windows Slideshow”, or Windows anything.
