Mobile Internet Devices are making their presence felt at CES. The Lenovo and Aigo MIDs are both lacking GPS. BenQ’s MID may not have a GPS built-in but Navigadget discovered a GPS icon on BenQ MID homepage. The device will be a 4.8-inch touch screen and promises a battery that beats current UMPCs in the market (oh boy do these little things eat up power).
Here is our post of the BenQ MID with a video demo, way back in September. Too bad this cheap-looking Nokia N80 Internet Tablet clone doesn’t have WiFi - it would’ve been all the gadget you need.

i love the nokia n800 internet tablet all the upgrades are free direct from the applications manager the games are free too the flash web browser is free too you dont have to pay anything exttra like other products for 270.00 you cant beat this pmp its great the web browsing is great thank you nokia for a great product
