Now, we’re not a hundred per cent certain the MP4/PMP Watch featured in the video is Epoq’s, but it looks close enough to us. To recall:

Epoq’s 2GB EMP-CVWD-2 is the black-tie brother of the EMP-CVWS-2. This one is stainless steel from watch face to strap. The LCD display is also bigger at 1.8 inches. It plays Mp1, Mp2, MP3, WMA, WAV audio and MP4 video with e-Book and image browsing functions… With a USB 2.0 port for PC sync, it will be available in July for MSRP: $199.95.

Engadget’s hands-on is pretty brief. It’s obvious the watch functions great on the software side albeit on the heavy side of things hardware-wise.
