Now, here’s something interesting: the ZT-DM02 from Shenzhen Zone-Tek supports 2.5-inch SATA HDDs, but doesn’t ship with one. Yup, you’ll have to shell out more if you plan on using it as, well, anything at all. And yes, it does look quite inspired by Sony’s discontinued NW-HD5 Network Walkman.
The device supports MPEG-4, MP3 and JPEG files, and has a 2.5-inch TFT display and a USB 2.0 port. It comes with a reader for CFI, CFII, MicroDrive, SD, miniSD, MMC, RS-MMC, MS, MS PRO, MS DUO, MS PRO DUO, XD and SM cards, and allows one-touch backup from said cards. Line-in for audio recording and a microphone for voice recording are included, as are AV-out capability and a remote controller. The HDD supports FAT16 and FAT32 formats, and FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32 cards can be used. If you’re interested, the minumum order is 200 units.
