The EW518 from Superwiser Holdings has an “Original Rolling key operating design”, which could turn out to be a variant of the clickwheel or something more exotic. It supports MPEG, MPEG-4, MPE, AVI, DAT, VOB, DivX and Xvid videos (30fps), JPEG images and unspecified audio files with lyrics display.
The device incorporates a 3.5-inch TFT screen, stereo speakers, a USB 2.0 port and a slot for SD cards. It has seven EQ settings and e-book reader functionality, and the internal memory comes in 256 and 512MB, and 1, 2 and 4GB capacities.

I have this unit on hand in Silver, not bad at all.
