The Apple Store is back in business offering new goodies:
16GB iPhone - this is great news for people who have always wanted an expandable memory for the Apple phone. Now you don’t need a microSD slot with a 16GB of onboard storage. Price is $499.
32GB iPod Touch - Only $499. This doubles the storage of the $399 16GB iPod Touch. This is pretty cheap for a 32GB flash drive. Is this the similar SSD in laptops? Must be two 16GB flash chips but we’re not sure the iPod Touch has room for two 16GB chips. If this is a 32GB SSD, it may mark the beginning of cheaper SSD laptops.

[...] Bad news for the Apple community. A new virus has emerged which exploits a vulnerability in the Safari browser used by the iPhone and the iPod Touch. The virus infects the browser when you visit a page where the malicious script is embedded. The vulnerability is specific to the Denial of Service in Safari. This virus is similar to the previous TIFF vulnerability in iPhone’s Safari browser. The new malicious script works up the iPhone’s and iPod Touch’s memory and crashes the devices. The script affects iPhones and iPod Touch updated to firmware 1.0.2 to 1.1.3 and the new 16GB iPhone and 32GB iPod Touch. [...]
