Meizu M8 Phone On Sale at Alibaba

Meizu is selling the M8 or miniOne phone thru several supply companies. Yes, it’s true. The iPhone’s most famous imitator, which we failed to see at CES, can be bought from Fujian Huaxia Trade Co., Ltd, Samsin Trade Co., Ltd., Fuzhou ZhongTianLi Trade Co., Ltd., and Longxiang Shoes Co., Ltd., among others ( though we counted just four of these suppliers.
As far as we can tell, the specs provided by these suppliers are similar, which means Meizu has finalized the specifications (full specs after the break) and, presumably, the external design of the M8. Contrary to one recent rumor, it does look like iPhone. Most of these suppliers display an M8 photo that will be familiar to all the followers of this phone that always seemed to fail to achieve launch date. All, that is, except Samsin, which is displaying an iPhone-white Meizu M8 (photo used above).
Salient features include a Windows CE 6.0 OS, GSM/ EDGE connectivity (no 3G), WiFi, 3.0 MP camera (some saying it is only 2.0 MP) and a 3.5-inch 720 x 480-pixel screen with 1.6 million colors. Oddly enough, some suppliers are claiming it runs Mac OS X.
Update: Verizon and Elite Electronix to sell M8 phone. Meizume says official launch will only be on their site.
More Update: It seems one of our readers, Titoo, has some bad experience with the suppliers from Alibaba:
Man you’re site has very goods articles but don’t try to get more visitos by spreading fake rumors.
These supplier are offering that “Meizu M8″ since septembe or october, so it obvioulsy sucks for several reasons:
1.it’s a fake
2.they will steal your money and send you an empty box
3.they will send you a total different player
4. They’ll get your money but will say you have to wait for X days we don’t have it in stock

I use to visit alibaba.com usually and I know u do it, so u know these supplier aren’t selling meizu m8!

@titooo: I can’t agree more, not even the designs look as the 3-button layout M8 will have.
It’s a shame that sites that one visits the whole time are plagued of fake, traffic attractive and misleading posts.
I feel bad about you… perhaps you now belong to Negri Electronics? Ummm, no, not even there’s available.
