The M200 from Zhejiang Yinhe Pharmaceutic won�t cure anything but your desire for a GPS-equipped PDA that supports DAT, MPEG-4, AVI, WMV, ASF and DivX 3.11, 4.x and 5.x videos. It can also handle MP3, WMA and MP3 audio files, and JPEG, BMP and GIF images, and you can view Powerpoint, Word and Excel files, with editing of the latter two capable.

The device has a 3.5-inch TFT display, and comes with e-book reader and voice-recording functionality. It boasts a speaker, a USB 2.0 port, and an emulator for 8-bit NES games. Internal memory hits 20GB, HDD-style.
