PSP Phone Patent Found

PSPhone or PSP Phone, whatever Sony Ericsson will end up calling it, the two photos posted here is probably what it will look. Patent applications from SE has just been leaked showing us a touchscreen device with an accelerometer for upright and landscape viewing. There’s a phone mode, browser mode, and MP3 mode and the device goes to gaming mode automatically when held horizontally (landscape view). The buttons are all virtual and have a different setup depending on what mode it is in. The horizontal mode displays gaming buttons. The built-in Haptics should ensure that gaming experience is not that much different than on tactile buttons. Curiously, the virtual buttons on “phone mode” [image after the break) is very similar to the tactile buttons on many Sony Ericsson phones now.
