The T-rexon MP747-SM from Exon International (not to be confused with the oil company) claims to be the tiniest PDA phone in the world measuring 90 x 46 x 10 mm and weighing only 90g with the battery included. It also runs both Linux and Windows Mobile 6.0. This is the genuine article, the manufacturers repeat, the real PDA phone that can install applications with a swappable OS:

It connects on GSM networks and GPRS and plays MP3, games, shoots photos with a 1.3 megapixel camera and has the Holy Quran preloaded. Not only does it fully support Word, Excel, Outlook®, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint® and all those Linux applications, it has the Holy Book of Islam available for the user at a touch of a button (or a couple of touches).
