I have to admit, I have taken a liking to iRiver’s LPLayer. Yesterday’s hands-on images from Moveplayer (courtesy of our friends at GMP3) stated it rather succinctly: thin is not everything. I also love the speaker solution for this mini-PMP (see photo of it after the break). The prices top at 95 euros for the 8GB, which converts to a very reasonable $147 USD.

Just to recap, it’s available in 2, 4 and 8 GB, plays MPEG-4 SP, WMV9 SP, SP Xvid, MP3, WMA, OGG, ASF, FLAC,  JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TXT. It has an FM tuner, mic and USB 2.0. The 2-inch QVGA screen is okay for a player this small. It’s available in several colors includeing black and brown. More photos below.
