TMSON’s B300 is one of very few Chinese PMPs I’ve seen this year that is worth importing to the West. Features-wise, it’s just your basic PMP, but even China has neglected the two-inchers lately. The B300 comes in black and white in a minimalistic industrial design that reminds us of at least couple of iRiver mini-PMPs. The TMSON, though, will only play recorded files but it’s very rangy: RMVB, RM, DivX, XviD, MPEG-4 SP, MPEG-4 ASP and, we assume, the basic WMA/MP3 music files as well as lossless audio files though none are mentioned in any source articles. Other features include a compact 87 x 50 x 10mm form factor and TV-Out. Pricing is unavailable.
