There’s some commotion over the Meizu forum. The controversy was begun by burnfox who claimed - pointed out, that Jack Wong never said he was CEO of Meizu and never claimed his announcements were official Meizu statements. So, does that mean the Meizu M8 will never come?

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A JOKE.Well,we all know M8,aka mini One for a long long time,but all we have know,never Meizu official announced.
As J.W himself said,he never treat him as the CEO of Meizu,but just a very normal forum user,so none of his word posted in the Meizu forum is official announcement.

haha, Apple sent Meizu a cease of decist letter saying they’d sue JW… well there’ll be clones but not from Meizu.

Yep, sounds like burnfox is a Meizu agent and this is some sort of back pedal from the manufacturer.

Well, this is it for me. I’m done waiting. I had already asked the admin of a shop that sells Meizu products (among others) if they would eventually sell the M8, and he replied saying he the shop would sell it once it’s released; and that got my hopes up. But this is too much. I know it could take years to develop a phone, but really, this is too much for something that’s been in its final stages for a year. I haven’t bought myself phone since this thing was announced, I now give up all hope.
