PMP Today was down sometime between 4:00 pm GMT and 11:00 PM GMT yesterday July 7. We don’t know exactly the cause but we’re back now. Hope everyone isn’t too disappointed. We’ve had some pretty interesting stories lately, some of them turning out to be not so interesting. But others like the new releases from Newman is of particular interest. I am particularly interested in having the Aigo A5 available on an online retailer before too long. I am also anticipating MobiBLU to make a formal announcement with regards to their sexy cross MP3 player. One of the bigger PMP manufacturers, Samsung, is finishing up its Blue Wave 4 firmware and a new DAP, the YP-U4, from the same manufacturer looks really sweet. Digging deeper in our archives, we have RAmos’ T8, also called iMovie PMP. We have rendered photos of the device and a very promising demo video. We’re also going to post another report on this unreleased PMP. The T8 is the most desirable PMP from a Chinese brand so far this year.

We do apologize on the inconvenience. A lot of changes will take place in the site late in the year and hopefully transition wil be smooth. Lastly, thanks for reading.
