Strange that a major Korean bank (that’s right, bank) has entered the PMP manufacturing business. Their Music Card players, frankly, are quite original and have very attractive specs, especially the use of AMOLED and PMOLED displays.
The KB M30 Music Card Player has a tiny PMOLED (passive matrix OLED) screen on the upper left, plays OGG, WAV and MP3, has a mic and touch sensitive keys. Cheap at only 30 euros. Form factor: 98.5 x 61 x 7.1 mm.
The KB M40 Music Card Player has a 2.4 “(320 x 240) AMOLED screen, FM tuner, T-DMB tuner, touch sensitive pad, support for MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, JPG, MPEG4, JPEG, TXT and a price tag of 140 euros. Dimensions: 98.5 x 61 x 10.4 mm.
These seem like very basic players and so unlike most Korean PMPs and lacking in video support.Interesting how consumers will take to them.
