It’s not official yet if Dell is actually going with the Dell E name but the pricing seems to have been finalized. For $299, the Dell E will be launched as the subnotebook to beat, Dell has always been notorious for very low prices for their entry-level laptops and, apparently, to them, the challenge of shrinking low-end laptop into Eee size is no problem to them. No official specs has been announced but you cn bet Acer’s Aspire One is feeling a little less pretty right now.
