Now, we don’t have a video demo or even a photo of the UI showing the multi-touch screen, but Cect claims their new Element phone support multitouch and we are willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The Element is a triband GSM phone with a 1.2 megapixel camera and Bluetooth and support for MP3/ MP4. Unfortunately, no WiFi or 3G and there’s no info on the operating system. It comes with a 1GB memory and priced at £139.00 ($276) on eBay. It’s pricier than iPhone but you don’t have to worry about a contract.
