If the photo should be a suggesting about things to come from Ainol, then we’re looking at the first portable media player with a 3-inch screen to have its own remote control. The iPod Touch/ iPhone clone is no touchscreen player, but a remote control should be enough compensation for missing the pleasures of touch screen. Unfortunately, the V2000sl may be a more ordinary player than that. The remote may only work in conjunction with the TV Out function, though I myself would rather squint at a 3-inch screen three feet away that hold up a 50 gram player in front of me for two ours. It has little going for it except its iPhonesque looks, the 10mm thin body and a cheap price tag: USD$70-$80. Coming in August.

I’m guessing that this player comes with either the Ingenic JZ4732 or Ingenic JZ4740 chipsets. Does anyone have any confirmation on this?
Yes, it does seem strange to have a player come with a remote but I guess it does kinda make sense if you are hooking it up to a TV. After all, your DVD player always comes with a remote.
