Apple has not released the details yet, but 20 more countries is virtually confirmed for the second wave release of the iPhone 3G. After the 22nd of August, 30 more countries will be added, making a total of 50 countries in addition to the largest markets where the iPhone 3G was initially launched. Above is the list of additional countries to get the iPhone 3G. It’s a long way to go and keeping the hype will be quite a challenge even for Apple. Then again, we’re pretty sure a more desirable phone will not come out in the intervening time.
