We never really kept up with Philips’ GoGear line of MP3 Players and PMPs. Though if Philips had dubbed their audio/video player the GoGear Nano, I bet we would’ve given it more than its due consideration. Be that as it may, zol has got hold of what looks like an SA5245 (SA5345 to them), a PMP that supports the Rhapsody service. The player is quite thin at 9.9mm. The 2.8-inch QVGA screen gives you enough viewing space for casual movie-watching in airports, on the train or anywhere boredom hits you. It’s not much of a review so far from zol but they’ve got a video demo and everything, so check it out. No price has been announced yet.
