Fujitsu Amilo Mini, LG X110 hands-on videos at IFA

We revealed to you guys just recently that LG and Fujitsu are coming out with netbooks of their own. While previously it was just specs and pics that were available, people who went to the IFA in Berlin got a chance to see these upcoming netbooks in the flesh. Thank God for the internet and YouTube (as well as T3 and Sascha of Eee PC News.de), even if weren’t there in Berlin, we’ve got these short hands-on videos of the LG X110 and the Fujitsu Amilo Mini to enjoy.

Aside from the 3G-connectivity in the LG X110 and the ExpressCard slot in the Amilo, they carry most of the same features as other netbooks in the market today. Yeah, those are pretty good enhancements to set them apart from the rest, but the question now is, has the netbook market gotten so saturated that manufacturers are finding it more difficult to come out with unique products without sacrificing performance and price? That, apparently, is the situation right now. Unless new affordable and performance-driven technology surfaces in the next couple of months, we’ll more or less see the same products again and again albeit the different looks from the different manufacturers.

    Free LG Notebook Says:

LG is attempting to cash in on the booming netbook market, after announcing their own brand netbook LG X110 which was unveiled this week and will cost about £320.

The netbook will initially be availble at phones4u shops throughout the UK & on their website (possibly for free) from late October in two colours - white and pink! A black version is expected to also be available some time afterwards.
