The Joybook Lite U101 netbook from BenQ may just make a dent in the netbook arms race. It’s the first laptop of any brand and dimensions I have seen that truly resembles a notebook. Yep, when you see this 8.9 incher inside a girl’s school bag you’d expect it to operate with a pen and respond to the careful left-to-right pull of your hand. The Joybook Lite U101 ultraportable uses the Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, has WiFi as well as LAN connection, 1GB of RAM, 80GB of storage, 1.3 MP camera, 3 USB ports, 4-in-1 card reader and optional 3G. There’s also a 10.1-inch model available in November while the 8.9 inch will come out October. It’s available with Windows XP or Linux. The colors are real nice. See them after the break.
