Onda’s fantabulous iPhoe Clone, the VX525, is now out and available for the low price of 299 yuan or around $44. For a 2GB player, this may be a reasonable price but for a touchscreen clone of the iPhone? It will also be the first PMP we’ve posted that uses WRTIME Flash for its user interface. We’ve posted a Youtube video of what to expect from this UI. The VX525 is a compact player with 2.8 inches of screen space with QVGA resolution. It supports RM, RMVB, AVI and AP, FLAC with SRS audio as well as Flash 7.0. The specs include microSD support and built-in speakers. The battery plays continuous music up to 15 hours.

Where does this pricing come from? I already see one Hong Kong dealer selling it for sub $79.00 which is reasonable for a 2.8″ PMP with 2GB FLASH.
