Korea’s Reigncom thought the iRiver NV is too fancy for many people so they came out with the iRiver NV Mini GPS PMP. The NV mini looks like your run-of-the-mill PND slash PMP. It even runs on Windows CE 5.0. It boasts a 3.5-inch touchscreen and has 4GB of onboard storage. This is as far removed from the original NV device but it’s also available for a quarter of the price at 188,000 Won or about $131 USD. Preloaded maps available from Korea’s Gini
