No details yet but the Apple iPhone 3G will be sold at Walmart and Sam’s Club starting December 28th. This will increase the likelihood that iPhone will become the topmost smartphone brand as early as 2009 with an additional distribution network of 2,500 stores.
I’m not sure whether a Walmart iPhone will be cheaper but it’s safe to say iPhone isn’t just for geeks anymore.
