COWON has already released a firmware update for the new S9 Curve, which does a number of bug fixes. Apparently the S9 leaves the View mode when you switch video file when G-sensor is locked. This problem is resolved now. There are a couple of UI fixes as well. Read the links below for more info.

Now if only the SPINN would get a firmware update. My S9 is in the mail and will arrive the 23rd. Nice to know Cowon is on the ball with it’s new player. I expect the S9 to be tough competition for the new Samsung P3. Competition is great.
