Wow, we nearly got fooled by SciPhone when it announced it has an Android phone in the works. The Dream G2 does not run Google Android at all but–and get this–a knock-off of the OPEN SOURCE OS. Oddly, the user interface of the fake Android is not so bad. I wonder who runs SciPhone because if they have an open-source OS that works, they could actually market it without violating the intellectual property rights of Google. Heck, I SciPhone the OS doesn’t sound bad at all.

I have a G1. If this is what the G2 is going to look like they are going to lose
big time with it. The G1 is a perfect phone except for the battery issue. T-mobile
is in the process of fixing that.
