We have a lot of good things to say about HTC’s high-def cellphone, the Touch HD. The HTO version of the same concept, however, well… is actually lust-worthy. Does it truly play HD videos, though? The specs are: 4 -inch WVGA screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and a TV tuner. So you betcha it probably supports HD video files, especially after you realize the HTO HD will set you back a hefty $439.
