So the Meizu M8 SDK has already been released and now new firmware update, namely 0.9.0.0 and 0.9.0.1 in quick succession. The new 0.9.0.0 firmware features copy paste.

A user from forum Meizume has the new features in bullet points:

1. modify some function interface
2. Fix sound level less than 4 went pause music player will cause system “hang”
3. Fix LCD reflash rate un-consistence after end the call
4. Improve sound quality during conversation for some bluetooth headset
5. Fix some software “hang” cause task manager malfunction.
6. Improve screen shot image quality
7. Fix focus after digital zoom

We’re still waiting for formal launch of the Meizu M8, though. A select group has been enjoying the iPhone clone for some time and their reports offer two conclusions: Meizu M8 is so much like the iPhone and it offers features the iPhone doesn’t have.
