COWON has officially announced the L3. The 7-inch Windows CE 5.0 COWON L3 has not been priced yet and it hasn’t been given a date of availability but we know this dual core PMP with GPS, DMB and line out is coming soon. There will not be many in-car PMPs that can boast a similar set of features so this is pretty much the top of the line.

Other features include Eco Drive with fuel consumption indicator, an SD card slot, FM tuner and 4GB of memory.
