The SWIVEL-CAM is both a DV and a camera, but its most salient feature is its 180-degree-rotating lens… ehm, borrowed from iRiver. I’m not sure if it will make a good point-and-shoot camera, given that the lens position looks a tad awkward, but with a price tag of $119.99 I think it’s worth a try. It’ll even get a laugh or two.
