The AT&T iPhone exclusivity may be a thing of the past as Apple, Inc. Interim CEO mulls divesting their phone from the wireless giant. There are also anonymous sources from inside Apple that lets on the possibility that a Verizon iPhone will be available in the future. CDMA/ EvDo iPhone may also be forthcoming. All rumors, of course, but think of the advantages for Apple, Inc. when it doesn’t have to deal with difficult partners like Rogers and AT&T.
As hard as the exclusivity of the lone iPhone model to maintain, 3 new iPhones could mean triple the hassle for both Apple and wireless partners the world over.
Of course it all depends on how Apple feels about iPhone’s current market. Does it think it’s big enough and is it content with the additional revenue streams via the App Store?

I really hope so, I am a Verizon costumer very happy with the coverage, but not so much by the phone selection. If the iPhone came to Verizon I would buy a couple in a heartbeat. I will be taking my business somewhere else if Big Red does not come out with some cool phones come out this year. Storm Sucks!
