It was several months ago when we heard that iRiver is going to release a brushed metal version of the E100. It does not exactly look like the E100 and in fact you will have to sacrifice screen space. But if you;re OK with having 1.8-inches to squint at and only SMV video support, you’d be happy to note the E50 can play music for 52 hours straight with support for MP3, WMA, APE files. It also has an FM tuner and, oddly enough, enough processing power to play 30fps videos.

Still no price though they say they will release it on March 20.
