I still prefer the LG GD910, as far as legit watch phones or phonewatches are concerned, but the LG phone watch is darned pricey and Hyundai has an alternative that is at least $500 cheaper, and in addition, I really like how Hyundai made a splash as a new entrant in the mobile industry.
For only 220 euros ($284) you get a triband GSM wristwatch phone with a 1.5-inch touchscreen and 128 MB of storage. It has a USB port and Bluetooth with 3 days on stand by and 3 hours of talk. I wonder if it’ll still keep time once the battery runs out. I’m sure it does, though. It should be available Q2 of this year.

So, when people have chosen not to wear a useless watch since they can track their time on the phone someone does this?
It still lacks all the perfect mechanics of a real time piece, has absolutely no style and worse battery life and capabilities than a normal phone?
Sure it’s small but who cares when it looks like shit?
A wrist watch nowadays should be an accessorie or appreciation of the fine workmanship put into creating it.
This one fits that just as good as those 2 $ wristwatches.
If only I had got the Ericsson T66i instead of the Siemens C55 when I “upgraded” my Ericsson T28i. (And even worse later got a Motorola W220 because I don’t really need a phone, anyway.)

[...] Hyundai’s MB-910 watch phone gets priced and dated Remember Hyundai’s MB-910 watch phone that we spotted around this time last month? How could you possibly forget, right? That masterpiece / atrocity is actually coming to market, and Mobile Gazette has it that the bugger will cost around £200 ($281) when it lands sometime in Q2. As for specs, we’re told that it’ll boast tri-band GSM connectivity, Bluetooth, a 176 x 132 resolution touchscreen, 128MB of storage, USB 2.0 and the obligatory time-telling mechanism for good measure. Too bad it’s closer to “heinous” than “halfway decent.” [Via PMP Today] [...]
