Apple, Apple iPhone, Mobile Phone

iphone-3g-tripletsFinally, both Apple and AT&T are now offering the iPhone 3G contract-free! Of course, there still a catch to it if you’re getting it on AT&T. You need to be an existing AT&T subscriber, and it’s limited to one iPhone per customer. With other countries such as the Philippines selling pre-paid iPhone kits already, contract-free iPhone 3G units isn’t exactly something new, but is definitely a first in the US. Personally, I’d wait for June to arrive first when a new iPhone is expected to be announced, but if you want to get one now, be ready to fork over $599 for the 8GB model or $699 for the 16GB variant.
