One of the best business investments you can make these days is to buy a projector phone. Many big industry players are already working on their own model with Samsung and Motorola being the two most aggressively seeking to enter the new niche market. Samsung’s MBP200 is pegged at about $630+ retail and should be available around May. Meanwhile, we still have to officially hear Motorola’s and PicoP’s own take on the cellphone + projector. For now the MotoPJTR remains in the planning stages as far as we know.

So enter ChinaKing, which has announced several month ago a working model of its own projector phone. This phone, sold by Chinavasion, is about half the price of a Samsung MBP200, and it works too.

The projector phone is a triband GSM with a touchscreen and MP4 and MP3 playback. Most importantly, it supports a 640 x 480 projection. The battery supports up to 2 hours of continuous projector time, which just about hits the sweet spot for on-the-go presentation. Watch the video after the break.
