Here are some new iPhone firmware 3.0 updates that weren’t quite mentioned when it was announced last month. The final iPhone 3.0 OS version is expected to support OpenGL ES v2.0, and it’s also likely to feature video recording and possibly voice dialing as well. However, it was noted that due to hardware restrictions video recording will be only available on the new iPhone and will not work on the current iPhone 3G and the now outdated 1G iPhone. Well, that should give you guys more reason to look forward to the new iPhone, and we’re pretty sure that there will be more details surfacing in the coming months leading to June.
