The iPhone has been, for the most, part an exclusive item to AT&T in the US, and one of the hottest items soon to be released this year, the Palm Pre, is also another exclusive albeit on Sprint. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise that AT&T feels a little bit threatened that customers might opt to jump ship and switch over to Sprint just to get the Palm Pre. As evidenced by this leaked internal document, they’ve already prepared arguments to sway clients to still choose the iPhone over the Palm Pre. Now, we’re not too sure if the Palm Pre being limited to only black is a serious issue, but the lack of global roaming might be a legit argument. How about you guys? Is the new Palm Pre good enough a device for you to ditch the iPhone 3G? Personally, I’d wait for the new iPhone to be announced first before making any hasty decisions at the moment.
