We all know how serious the Swine Flu is, and if you’re an iPhone owner and want to keep abreast of the latest developments regarding this soon-to-be pandemic, then you might want to watch out for the release of the Swine Flu Tracker. This app keeps track of the areas where the Swine Flu has already been recorded, and gives you a handy guide to its symptoms and other related info. Unfortunately, it’s still in the authorization process so you won’t find it in the App Store or iTunes just yet, but with no clear sign of the Swine Flu virus letting up anytime soon, we don’t see any reason why this shouldn’t be approved. On a similar note, you’re feeling a bit depressed about the whole situation, then we suggest you try out the iPhone Sad Scale app to help you assess your current state of mind.

Sad scale, cool app. Thanks for the post. I think given the times we are in. this is a good app to have. I did not know my dentist is depressed. You would never guess that.

As a nurse I can see how the Sad Scale would be a useful screening test. I think the key is people should know about it and have it on the Iphone. if they dont have it before hand then they might forget about getting it when they are in deep depression. Bottom line, good idea, buy it when you are happy.

This is a pretty cool App, but there’s already a site that shows an animated map of the spread of this virus: http://www.swine-flu-map-animation.com/
