As June, the month when the new iPhone is expected to be unveiled, inches ever so closer, more details are starting to surface regarding the new features of Apple’s new mobile phone. Apart from the various treats that have already been announced with the grand reveal of the new iPhone OS 3.0, it seems that the new iPhone will also feature video editing capabilities. Rumor is that an iMovie app that provides basic video editing functions with various video sharing options will be included in the latest iteration of the iPhone. This isn’t confirmed yet, but this does tie-in nicely with the previous report that the new iPhone will come with video recording capabilities. If true, this new iPhone will truly set itself apart from the rest of the pack with the inclusion of an iMovie app. Anyway, we’ll probably know soon enough whether this is fact or fiction, but we’re hoping that it’s more of the former than the latter.
