The new navigators from Mio will sport their brandnew Spirit UI that features kinetic scrolling. How’s that for an enticement? Mio has three non-TV GPS devices, namely the Navman Spirit S300, S500 and Navman Flat. They all have the Spirit touchscreen UI and text-to-speech. We’re more interested, however, in the unnamed 7-inch PND + TV tuner and its smaller sister a 4.7-inch PND and TV, which will have a zero profile flat bezel. They will also have kinetic scrolling, which is dubbed “Slide Touch.” Priced at $534 for the 7 inch and about $380 forthe 4.7-inch.
