The washing machine and fridge maker has had it with the PMP market, apparently, as the sales of the iBiza Rhapsody may have indicated. Haier is now trying its hand on handset making and their H7 smartphone has chosen none other than Google’s Android to run. No idea on pricing and release. Screen is 2.7 inches, apparently touch-controlled. There’s WiFi and GPS but no 3G. Hopefully, the lack of 3G will put this on the mid-range in terms of price.
