The iPhone 3G S is undoubtedly a much faster device and there’s no better way to take advantage of its spanking brand new hardware then by slapping it with some Playstaion 1 and Game Boy Advance games. This is exactly what the ZoDDt team did and the results are quite promising. While the iPhone 3G already maxed out at 60fps, the new iPhone 3G S was able to churn out an impressive 150fps video playback even going as high as 225fps. Safe to say, the iPhone 3G S definitely has the makings of a very capable gaming device. Unfortunately, this isn’t publicly available yet since the current iPhone 3.0 jailbreak (redsnow included) still doesn’t work with the iPhone 3G S. This does, however, give something very exciting to look forward to. For now, let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope that the iPhone Dev Team comes out with the iPhone 3G S jailbreak sooner than later.
