You could get a decent laptop for the price of one Archos 9 tablet PC. The laptop will be a more versatile tool, one which you could use to type blogs and newpaper dispatches at the speed of light or close to it. The Archos 9 is no such tool, but it’s got a big 8.9-inch touchscreen and a kickstand for fancy corporate presentations. For £449.99 and £499.99, that’s money well spent for small and medium businesses, I should think. It also should be running Windows 7 when it comes out.

Your site should understand the use of Tablet computers, don’t you?
Archos 9 is a VERY well priced Tablet computer, probably the best value ever for a tablet computer.

I just hope it’s “reasonably” priced here in the states.
Archos is not know for having the best customer service or reliability when
it comes to their PMP’s. I am interested in the 9 as it will FINALLY allow
the capability of playing MKV files.

um… i know a place that has a tablet pc w/ gps, wifi for a lot less than that ($349.99USD) - all archos stuff is overpriced for anywhere outside of France.

Thomas,
Where is this place that you speak of that sells tablets for less than $349? I’d love to see the specs.
