I’m not sure this is the BenQ MID early last year. The hardware looks similar except for a few misplaced bells and whistles here and there, nothing special. This Z500 Atom-running device will now sport an XP OS. It’s been out well over a year and still running strong, we guess. In Taiwan this 4.8-inch touchscreen device is available with a 3-year contract for under $60. Besides, the size, the lack of finesse in the design and the low-capacity built-in memory, topping at 4GB, the BenQ S6 something you might want to give up your netbook for, or not.
