Garmin-Asus nuvifone G60, M20 officially announced for Asia

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity of waiting, Garmin-Asus has officially announced both the nuvifone G60 and M20 in Asia. Taiwan will be the first stop for the Linux-based nuvifone G60 arriving on July 27 soon to be followed by Singapore and Malaysia in August. The Windows Mobile-running M20, meanwhile, will be released in August as well in all the countries mentioned already with the addition of Hong Kong and Thailand.

Both phones is scheduled to be released in Europe sometime later this year, but the nuvifone G60 is the only phone mentioned to be headed for the US. Still no word on its pricing, but since July 27th isn’t that far away, we won’t have to wait that long anymore to find out.
