The iPhone 3.1 Beta 2 expires July 28, so if you’re a developer, you can go ahead and download iPhone 3.1 Beta 3 at the Apple site. It’s all of 300 MB. If you have any observations what’s in it, we’d appreciate a heads up.
Of course, you can keep tabs on the iPhone 3.1 jailbreak here as usual in our blog. We’re a fan of iPhone jailbreaks as you may know.

My brand new 32gb 3g s was giving me problems anytime i would plug in my charger, the screen would flash and go crazy. I did not want to wait for a new phone from apple so i found the website i linked to my name above and got Apple developers account access and installed 3.1 beta and this fixed my problem. hope that helps someone else.
