Those of you a bit wary of updating your iPhone’s firmware to iPhone 3.0.1 for fear of losing their jailbroken/unlocked status need not worry as the iPhone Dev Team has confirmed that it poses no threat to their redsn0w and ultrasn0w for the time being. True to what we initially thought, the latest iPhone firmware only addresses the iPhone Virus without the inclusion of any other new features and fixes.
So basically, if you’re jailbreaking your iPhone, you can still use your 3.0 IPSW file on firmware 3.0.1 since it is essentially one and the same with the exception of the SMS Vulnerability fix. As far as unlocking is concerned, ultrasnow will still available in Cydia.

I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE THE BUG & IT DID NOT COME AS AN SMS ,IT CAME AS AN IM MSG & LOOKED LIKE THLIKE THIS
