If you’re still on the fence on whether the leaked 3G iPod Touch with a camera is real or not, then this video of it being showcased in its naked glory should be the thing to convince you.

Unfortunately, as you can see, it’s quite a short video and it’s still a non-working iPod Touch. It does, however, prove that such a model exists. Of course, die-hard skeptics can still argue that this could just be a modified 2G iPod Touch to include a camera, but while this may sound very plausible, this next batch of pics showing its motherboard makes us think otherwise.

Take note that it makes use of a red circuit board. This is usually found in prototype models which, incidentally, this particular iPod Touch is also reported to be one, and is hard to fake making this seem now more legit than usual. So, still think it’s a fake? We don’t, but we’re not gong as far as saying this will be what the retail version will look like.

In all honesty, we feel that its aesthetics might still undergo the knife and the 3G iPod Touch might sport a different look that what’s already been leaked. However, as far as the camera integration is concerned, it’s a definite go in our opinion. Anyway, considering that it was also mentioned that it’s scheduled for a September announcement, we won’t have to wait long to find out the official details on this one.
