Some people at Microsoft working on the ZuneHD has confirmed that previous Zune PMP models will be discontinued (so eventually, Zune HD will simply be Zune?). These are the Zune 8, 16, 80, and 120. Hopefully, the inventory flash Zunes will be available for significantly marked-down prices as I want one. So far we haven’t heard of price slashes yet.
Also from the same source: color options for the ZuneHD will be made available. It will not be just the black, folks. There will be colors.

Well, if you go to Zune.net, you can buy the Zune 8 for $99.00.
So you know, there has always been a platinum Zune HD, not just black. But Zune Originals will have more color options too.
